License

PrivaNota is licensed, not sold. Subject to these Terms, you receive a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to install and use the app on Apple devices you own or control, as permitted by the App Store Terms.

Subscriptions & Payments

PrivaNota offers auto-renewable subscription plans that unlock premium features.

Subscription Details

• Payment: All purchases are processed through Apple's App Store.
• Auto-Renewal: Subscription renews automatically unless disabled at least 24 hours before period end.
• Price: Pricing is shown in app and may vary by region.
• Free Trials: Unused trial time is forfeited when purchasing a subscription.

Managing Your Subscription

• Cancellation: Manage or cancel in Apple ID settings. Cancellation takes effect at period end.
• Refunds: Refunds are handled by Apple. Visit Apple Support.
• Manage Subscriptions: Go to iOS Settings → Subscriptions or apps.apple.com/account/subscriptions.

Privacy

PrivaNota processes speech-to-text and AI features on-device. We do not collect analytics or share your data. See our Privacy Policy.

Backups

The optional .privanota backup file is encrypted and can only be opened by the PrivaNota iOS app. We do not host backups.

Acceptable Use

You agree not to misuse the app or violate applicable laws. You are responsible for consent and recording laws in your jurisdiction.

Disclaimer of Warranties

To the maximum extent permitted by law, the app is provided “as is” and “as available,” without warranties of any kind.

Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, IfritLabs is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages.

Changes

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use after changes indicates acceptance.
